The library needed an update because their shelving, old heavy wood tables and chairs were difficult to reconfigure for group collaboration, professional development, meetings or events. To solve the problem and to transform into a 21^st Century Learning Space, we selected mobile and modular furniture focusing on flexibility, ease of configuration and comfort. VS America was the obvious choice to be our manufacturer partner because of their beautiful, flexible, modern and ergonomic educational furniture. We included mobile flip and nest tables, mobile seating for flexibility and soft seating for quiet reading and collaborative study. We also provided mobile shelving so new and exciting zones can be created for special literature events. The customer was thrilled with the fact that all of the chairs can now be stacked easily and moved for cleaning or to free up space for events that need a large floor area.
