Staff Lounges

Budget $200,000

In effort to bring staff break rooms up to date, D&D embarked on a journey to design and install all the spaces as a turnkey project.  This effort included space planning, designs for plumbing and fixtures, as well as the infrastructure for all the spaces.  The project included plumbing, electrical upgrades, painting, flooring, cabinets, counters, appliances, and furniture.   The result was state-of-the-art and ADA compliant spaces for the entire building.
